The earlier, the better—especially for full and partial planning. Several months of lead time is ideal. Day-of coordination inquiries should be submitted at least six to eight weeks before the event, subject to availability.
What is the difference between partial planning and day-of coordination?＋
Partial planning is collaborative support while you are still making decisions and booking vendors. Day-of coordination begins four weeks before the event and focuses on reviewing your completed plans, confirming logistics, creating the final timeline, and managing the event day.

Yes. If you don’t know where to begin, I can help you identify the vendors your event needs, share recommendations from my network, and find options that fit your style, priorities, and budget. Vendor sourcing is included with full planning and available as part of partial planning based on your needs.
